Blueberry & Strawberry Smoothie
 Last Sunday we spring cleaned our house for coming Chinese New Year.
Yeap, it was late for us because of my Dad health.
The weather was hot and humid from morning until afternoon, 
thus made this refreshing smoothie to quench our thirst.

 This recipe is for 2 persons.  
Please add more ingredients if this smoothie is for more than 2 persons.



  1. 1 1/2 cups *Frozen Blueberry (20 pieces) and Strawberry (11 pieces).
  2. 1 cup of Milk.
  3. 1/2 cup of Yoghurt.
  4. 2 tablespoons Honey (add more if you wanted more sweetness).
      Note : * Remember to frozen the fruits or you can buy frozen strawberry and blueberry.




 Use food processor or blender to blend the frozen fruits with yogurt, milk and honey.
Other option : You may add some ice cubes and blend together with the ingredients.




After blended, pour into glass or mason jar and cool in fridge or 
you may drink the smoothie there and then if you cannot wait...hahaha
