These past weeks, I have been juicing and 

loving it everyday, especially my husband and daughter.

This time, I am juicing beet root, carrots and apples together.

Carrot - Beta Carotene, Fiber, Vitamin K,

Potassium and antioxidants.

Beet Root - Fiber, Folate (vitamin B9),

Manganese, Potassium, Iron and Vitamin C.

Green Apple - High in fiber, Vitamin C and

various antioxidants.
