Stir Fried Pork Belly with XO Sauce
This dish was cooked way back months ago.
Didn't realize I haven't written about this dish until I was doing spring cleaning on my PC.
2 medium size Red Onion (sliced roughly)
8 cloves of Garlic (minced)
150g Pork Belly (sliced)
2 tbsp XO Sauce
*Marinade the pork belly with 1/2 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tbsp salt
1) Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil and add the sliced red onion.
Stir fry few minutes or until the onion turn translucent.
2) Add minced garlic and stir fry few minutes.
3) Add the sliced pork belly and stir fry until 3/4 cooked.
4) Add the XO Sauce.
5) Stir fry until cooked, to taste and dish out.
Serve with piping hot rice or wrap with romaine lettuce.
