Stir Fried Long Bean With Tow Fu, Pickled Radish
And Groundnuts

When my brother and I were young, my beloved mother likes to cook this dish for us.
It is been my turn to cook this dish for my kids since many years ago
and would like to share this simple, tasty and healthy dish with you.
Hope you and your loved ones will like it.
Come to think of it, this dish is more than 40 years old.




Step 1
[Note : There is no measurement for this recipe.
You have to have the sight, sense and taste for it.]

Some Groundnuts - Do not wash.
2 pieces of firm Tow Fu - Wash and drained.
Some Long Beans - Wash and drained.
Some Pickled Radish - Wash and drained (Choy Poh - In Cantonese Translation).
Cooking Oil.





Step 2
Long Beans - Cut into your desired sizes.
Tow Fu - Cut into strips.
Pickled Radish - Cut into small pieces.





Step 3
Heat up the pan (do not pour oil) and pour in the groudnuts
and stir until cooked and dish out.





Step 4
Heat up the wok or pan, pour in cooking oil and fried the tow fu until they're browned.





Step 5
Dish out the fried tow fu.





Step 6
Heat up the wok or pan, pour in cooking oil
and stir fried the pickled radish until it's slightly brown.





Step 7
Once the pickled radish it's slightly brown, pour in the long beans
and stir until the long beans are cooked and then sprinkle some salt and pepper.





Step 8
Pour in the tow fu and groundnuts and stir for a few times.





Step 9
Dish out and serve in a plate.
