Stir Fried Asparagus with Prawns
Cooking Asparagus ourselves is more economical  
compared to eating in the restaurant plus the quantity is more.
This handful of Asparagus cost us only RM15 plus Prawns RM5.
Total cost is RM20....if we eat outside it will be more expensive and
the quantity is also less.



One handful of Asparagus (cut off the end hard part, wash and clean)
14 pieces of Prawns (clean and peel off the shell)
4 cloves of chopped garlic



Get ready the ingredients.



Heat up one tablespoon of cooking oil and stir fry the prawns until
slightly cook and dish out.



Heat up  1 1/2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir fry the garlic
until slightly brown.



Add in the Asparagus and stir fry for 2 minutes.



Add in 1/4 cup of water and stir fry until cook.



Lastly, add in the prawns and season with salt and pepper and dish out.



Voila...one delicious dish.

You are right. Nowadays dining out is quite expensive. Asparagus with prawns is very delicious. Add some sambal if you like it spicy, and it's even yummy! Regards :)

Yumy! I love cooking asparagus in this style too. When it's in season, you can get a huge bundle for RM5. :)
