Brown Sugar Coconut Milk Agar-Agar
Saw this from the FB and told myself that
I wanted to make it since our weather is so hot
and also been a long time did not make any dessert.
Agar-Agar to Asian like Jelly (Jello) to Western.

 70g Brown Sugar.
170g Caster Sugar.
3/4 Salt.
15g Agar-Agar Powder.
1400 ml Water.

*4 pieces Pandan Leaves (Screwpines)

**1 egg.
**200 ml Coconut Milk.

* Omitted because don't have.

** Beat slightly together.

 1) Pour in water, add brown sugar, caster sugar, 
salt, agar-agar powder into a pot and boil at
high fire and keep on stirring until all dissolved
and boiled.  Reduce to medium fire.

2) Keep on stirring while pouring in the mixture of
egg and coconut milk on medium fire.
3) Once boiled, pour into a 2 liter of mould.
4) Let it cool and then refrigerate for 1 hour until harden.
5) Cut into desired size and serve while it is cold.

Mark my word, you won't stop eating it.
