 Salted Eggs Long Beans

Nowadays everybody are crazy with Salted Egg.
Before this craziness, there were only Salted Egg
Prawns, Salted Egg Crabs which mainly on seafood.
Nowadays, there will be buns, moon cakes and etc.
Well, in order not to lose out, I am making
Salted Eggs Long Beans.
 3 Salted Eggs
250 g Long Beans 
3 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of Butter

1) Steam 15 minutes the Salted Eggs (discard the white)
and mash with fork.
2) Cut the Long Beans into 2 inches length.
3) Minced the Garlic.

4) Par boil the Long Beans (approximately less than 10 minutes).
5) Keep aside.

 6) Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
7) Less than 1 minute, add Garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes.
8) Add 1 1/2 tablespoon of Butter and stir well.
9) Add the mashed Salted Eggs and keep on stirring.
Bubble will appear.
10) Quickly add the Long Beans and keep on stirring
until well coated.
11) Season to taste if it is not salty.
12)  Serve immediately.

This dish is something different, partly healthy with the
Long Beans and partly unhealthy with the Salted Eggs.
Well, won't be any harm if we eat reasonably ...hehehe.
