Miso Mushrooms With Wakame Soup
 My dear daughter down with flu since last few days ago and yesterday told me that she does not
have any appetite to eat any food,  hence early this morning, I cook this easy 
Miso Mushrooms with Wakame Soup for her breakfast and lunch.



Ingredients :-

  1. 1 1/2 tbsp of Dried Wakame (wash lightly to reduce the saltiness and drain)
  2. 1/2 cup of Miso Paste
  3. 2 cups of Brown and White Mushrooms (wash and drain)
  4. 1.5 liters of water


Method :-

  1. Boil the water in the pot.
  2. Turn the fire to medium and add the Misa Paste.  Stir until dissolved.  Once the water bubble again.
  3. Add the Mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes and turn the fire to small.
  4. Add the Wakame and stir until the Wakame has soften (less than 1 minute) and turn off the fire
  5. Serve immediately or later.
