Wan Tan Mee (Dry Version)
Today is Father's Day.
Taking this moment to wish all Fathers in this world and my dear hubby "Happy Father's Day".
May you be blessed with healthy life, great happiness, longevity and abundance of wealth.
Even though sometimes you are pain in the ass but you are a good husband, father, 
son and son-in-law.
Hope you like the breakfast that I made for you and family.

 Ingredients :-

  1. One handful of  Choy Sum (vegetable).
  2. One piece of  Char Siew (Roasted Pork Belly).
  3. 5 rolls of  Wan Tan Mee (Noodle).
  4. Garlic Oil, Soya Sauce, Dark Soya Sauce and Sesame Oil.



 To made the dry version of the Wan Tan Mee :-

  1. One roll of Wan Tan Mee.
  2. Loosen the Wan Tan Mee.
  3. Add Wan Tan Mee into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes or lesser.
  4. Scoop out and rinse with tap water (to wash away the Kan Sui, if not your Wan Tan Mee will be gooey) and back to another pot of boiling water (few seconds) to reheat  the Wan Tan Mee.
  5. Get ready a serving plate with 1 tbsp of Soya Sauce, 1/2 tbsp of Garlic Oil, 1 tsp of Dark Soya Sauce and few drops of Sesame Oil.
  6. Add the cooked Wan Tan Mee and mix until well done and serve with cooked Choy Sum (vegetable) and slices of Char Siew (roasted pork bell).
Note : Kan Sui (Lye Water or Alkaline).  




Delicious meal makes a happy tummy.
