Fried Loh See Fun (Rice Pin Noodle)

Firstly, would like to wish all my friends and everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2018.
May you be blessed with joy, good health, wonderful life and living in a peaceful world.
Everyone must have enjoyed the Christmas Eve with yummy foods, drinks and great gathering.

If you feel that your stomach is still full of food and wanted to eat some light food for today or 
another day, then this dish will be the best for everyone.  

Well, I love to eat this Loh See Fun (Rice Pin Noodle) regardless either it is cooked
in soup, stir fry or dry version.



Ingredients (4 persons) :-
  1. One kg of Loh See Fun (Rice Pin Noodle)
  2. Handful of Sayur Pucuk Manis (Cekur Manis) *Click here for more information on the vegetable.  If you couldn't find this vegetable in your country, you can replace with other vegetable.
  3. 2 Medium Size of Fish Cakes
  4. Varieties of Fish Balls
  5. 3 cloves of Garlic (minced)
  6. Soya Sauce
  7. Dark Caramel Thick Sauce
  8. Pepper
  9. Salt
  10. Cooking Oil

Preparation :-
  1. Slightly wash the noodle with hot water to wash away the oil.
  2. Wash the vegetable.
  3. Wash the Fish Cake (slice) and Fish Ball (slice)




Heat the wok with 2 tbsp of cooking oil and stir fry the minced garlic until slightly brown.



 Add the Loh See Fun.



 Stir fry for 3-4  minutes.  Must keep on stirring, if not, your noodle will stick to the wok.



 Add the vegetable.



 Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes and pour 1/2 tsp of dark caramel thick sauce, soya sauce, 
pepper, salt to taste.



 Lastly, add the fish cake and fish ball.



 Stir fry until well combine.
