Curry Fish 
(using paste for vegetarian curry)
 When you want to add rice, meaning it is delicious but the photo doesn't said it.
Never mind, as long as our tummies are happy.
This dish is the easiest to cook, if you are out of ideal what to cook.
I have fish, paste for vegetarian curry, tomato and brinjal/eggplant inside my fridge,
so cook it lor....no need to look for curry paste specially for fish during this period 
of MCO/RMO period.

 Ingredients :-

  1. Half piece Barramundi Fillet (bought this from GST Fresh Mart KL which they delivered to us during this MCO/RMO period (wash, clean and dry)
  2. Half piece Seven Star Grouper (wash, clean and dry) (bought by my husband)
  3. 1 pack Paste for Vegetarian Curry
  4. 1 whole Brinjal/Eggplant (wash and cut to desire sizes)
  5. 3 Tomatoes (wash and cut quarter)
Method for the fish :-
  1. Pan fry the two fishes to 2/3 cooked, dish out, cut into halves and set aside.

Method :-

  1. Pour 500ml (I added another 100ml) water into the wok together with the Paste for Vegetarian Curry and stir well until the paste dissolve.
  2. Let it boil.
  3. Add the brinjal/eggplant and tomatoes into the curry, stir well and let it cooked.
  4. Add the cut fishes into the curry and stir slowly in order not to break the fishes and let it cook.
  5. Dish out and served while it is hot.
