Stewed Minced Pork with Potato
 This dish is all time favorite to everyone who love to eat together with rice and
you can find it in all mixed rice (chap fan) restaurant.


 Ingredients :-
  1. 230g Minced Pork (marinate with 2 tbsp of soya sauce, dash of black pepper, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1/2 tbsp of corn flour.  mix well or until combined and set aside for 30 minutes)
  2. Three Potato (wash, peel and slice)
  3. 3 cloves Garlic (peel and mash slightly)
  4. While waiting for the minced pork to be marinated, heat up wok with some cooking oil and pan fry the potato until slightly golden brown and set aside.


 Method :-
  1. Heat up wok with some cooking oil, add garlic and fry for few seconds or until slightly brown.
  2. Add marinated minced pork and stir fry.
  3. Stir fry until slightly cooked.
  4. Add 1/2 tbsp dark soya sauce.
  5. Stir fry until well combined.
  6. Add 1 cup of hot water and stir fry until well combined.
  7. Add pan fried potato.
  8. Stir fry until well combined and let it stew for 10 minutes or until the potato soften or the sauce slightly reduced and to taste. (note : try not to make this dish too dry, the best part is the sauce to eat with the rice)
  9. Dish up.



On the 1st day of lock down Covic19, my colleague and I went to work and 
I save up some for her next day dinner so that she don't have to cook so many
dishes and her verdict, *Amy, thanks for the dish, super yummy. 
I love the black pepper being added into this dish." 
Told her black pepper added into this dish is flavourful than white pepper.
