Malaysian Spiced Fried Chicken
This recipe is a keeper.  Thanks to Chef Ili Sulaiman sharing this recipe.  
Just love all her yummy foods.
You can have this dish with rice, nasi lemak or even as finger food. 
Since Chinese New Year will be coming soon, you can plan to cook this yummylicious dish. 



Ingredients :-
  1. 8 Chicken Wings (cleaned and cut into half)
  2. 7 Shallots
  3. 5 cloves of Garlic
  4. 3 Chillies
  5. 1 1/2 inch Ginger
  6. 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  7. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  8. handful of Curry Leaves
  9. 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  10. 1 tbsp Salt
  11. 4 cups of Cooking Oil



To prepare the paste to marinade the chicken wings :-
  1. Clean and cut to pieces the Shallots, Garlic, Chilies and Ginger.
  2. Blend it and set aside.



To marinade the chicken wings :-
  1. Add the paste to the chicken wings together with the curry leaves.
  2. Marinade for 4 hours or overnight.  Longer will yield better taste.



To fry the chicken wings :-
  1. Heat up the cooking oil with high fire.
  2. Place a few pieces of the wings into the hot cooking oil and turn the fire to medium.
  3. Fry until cook.  Once it is cooked, turn the fire to high and lift up the chicken wings and use paper towel to absorb the oil.
  4. Serve while it is still hot.
