The name Lion's Head is so intimidating but it is easy to make and comforting to
enjoy anytime. If you want some sauce to go with the fried meatballs and rice,
then this dish will be perfect.

Mix all the below ingredients until well combined and use spoon to scoop
the mixture to form into balls. Heat up cooking oil and fry until golden browned.
Drain well using paper towel and set aside.
Ingredients :-
- 300g minced Pork
- 1 tbsp Big Onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Ingredients (A) :-
Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Add ginger and mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add garlic and stir fry until slightly browned. Add 250 ml water, oyster sauce, soya sauce, thick soya sauce and sugar and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Thumb size Ginger (slice)
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 8 pieces of dried Mushrooms (soak with water until soft)
- 250 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/ 2 tsp thick Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
Ingredients (B) :-
Once the water is boiled, add the fried pork balls and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
- 1/2 Carrot (slice)
- 1/2 stalk Spring Onions (cut to thumb size length)
- 1 tbsp mix with some water for thickening
