Muah Chee with Peanuts (Peanut Mochi)
Muah Chee with Peanuts or
Chinese Mochi with Peanuts or
Glutinous Rice Ball with Peanuts or
Peanut Mochi
There are so many names for this delicious snack.
This Muah Chee is more or less the same with the Japanese Mochi but softer and
it uses long grain glutinous rice flour while the latter uses short glutinous rice flour.
You can coat the Muah Chee with peanuts, sesame seeds, green tea and
any other flavours that you like. For this recipe, I am coating the Muah Chee with Peanuts.
