Thai Fried Minced Pork Toasts
 Don't know why suddenly I crave for this.  Next day, bought all the ingredients and 
fried it as snack before my Qi Gong exercise.  At the same time, gave some to my dear friend,
Jasmine Pang and she loooove it so much.



 Ingredients :-

  1. 550g Minced Pork
  2. 1 Egg White
  3. 5 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
  6. 2 tsp Pepper
Mix all the above ingredients until well combined. Stir with chop stick clock wise until all the minced pork stick together.  Scoop the minced pork with your hand and slap the minced pork around four times against the bowl.  Set aside.



 Ingredient :-

  1. 10 slices of White Bread (cut into squares)
Place the cut white bread onto a tray and bake in heated oven for 5 minutes at 190 Degree Celsius.  Just to dry the bread.
Take out the baked white bread and spread 1 tbsp or 3/4 tbsp of the minced pork on top of the white bread and set aside



 Method to Fry :-

  1. Heat up pot with cooking oil with high fire.
  2. Turn to medium fire and fry both sides until brown or cooked.
  3. Once both sides are brown or cooked, quickly turn the fire to high fire to force the oil out from the bread or minced pork and then quickly scoop it out from the oil to avoid further burnt.
  4. Repeat until done.
  5. Drain with paper towel.



To me no need to serve with other sauces because the taste of the toasts are already tasty.
