Chicken with Wine and Abalone Slices
 It was a random dish from me.  Earlier lazy to cook since husband has gone outstation but
don't know what came over me, sprint out from my sofa, look at the freezer, fridge and texted my
children that Mum will cook dinner. Well, all my hard work paid off, 
both of them said the dish very flavourful.  
I save some from this dish for my daughter to bring to office.



Ingredients (A) :-
  1. 2 whole Chicken Legs + 2 pcs of Chicken Wings (clean and cut into pieces)
  2. 1 thumb size fresh Ginger (clean and cut to slices)
  3. 4 cloves of Garlic (chopped roughly)
  4. 2 tbsp of Cooking Oil
Ingredients (B) :-
  1. 1 can of Abalone slices (drained)
  2. 2 stalks of Spring Onion (clean and cut into thumb size length)
  3. 2 stalks of Coriander (clean and cut into thumb size length)
  4. 1 tbsp Shao Xing wine
Ingredients (C) Mix all together :-
  1. 1 1/2 tbsp Oyster
  2. 1  1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  3. 2 tbsp Shao Xing wine
  4. 1 tsp Caster Sugar
  5. 1 tsp Pepper
  6. 200 ml Water
  7. 2 tsp Cornstarch


 Method :-

  1. Heat wok with cooking oil. Saute ginger for few second.
  2. Add garlic to saute further until slightly brown.
  3. Add chopped chicken and stir fry until the chicken turned colour slightly.
  4. Add ingredient (C) and cook until chicken cooked and gravy thicken.
  5. Add ingredient (B) and stir well quickly and lastly add wine.
