My dearie daughter love to eat Unagi, same goes to my husband but not for my son and I.
Today is Malaysia 24th days of lock down and our Prime Minister announced
this afternoon that the lock down will be extended another two more weeks.
My goodness, hope we can survive cooping inside the house.
Well, we have to be strong to face this situation for the safety of all Malaysians.
On 17 January 2020, marks another significant history and milestone
for our family. My beloved daughter was called to the Bar
presided by Yang Arif Judge Dato' Nordin Bin Hassan,
Kuala Lumpur High Court.
Sad that my hubby cannot join us due to overseas business commitments.
My BFF Sow Heng joined us on this happy occasions with my beloved son
and my beloved mother as per photo below.

Open up plastic cover and place the Unagi together with all the sauce into a long plate
and set aside.
You can microwave or oven bake this Unagi but we opted to steam it.
Heat up wok with water.
Once the water inside the wok is boiling, place the whole plate of the Unagi inside the wok
and steam for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
During preparing and steaming, my daughter walking in and out of the kitchen.
She can't wait to dig into the Unagi with hot steaming rice.
Yummy to her and my beloved hubby.
Verdict from both of them - Unagi is fresh, soft and sauce is flavourful.
