Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean 
and Bean Paste
 You can get this dish from Dim Sum Restaurant or home cooked.
My family love to eat this dish. Easy to prepare.


 Ingredients :-
1)  320 g Pork Ribs (inform butcher it is to steam) (wash and drain)
2) 1 tbsp minced Garlic
3) 1 1/2 tbsp minced Bean Paste
4) 1 1/2 tbsp minced Black Bean (wash and drain)
5) 1 tbsp cooking oil
6) 1 Chili (cut) 


To prepare the sauce :-
1)  Heat up cooking oil and off the fire.
2)  Add the minced garlic, minced bean paste and black bean in a container.
3)  Pour heated cooking oil into the minced garlic, minced bean paste and black bean.
4)  Quickly mix well and set aside.


Method :-
1)  Add pork ribs into a container.
2)  Add the above ready sauce into the pork ribs.
3)  Mix well (I used hands to massage it) and marinade for 30 minutes.
4)  Transfer into a plate, place some cut chili and steam 10 to 13 minutes with high fire.
*Note, after steaming, take out the thickest meat and check out whether it is cooked.  Otherwise, cook again for few more minutes.
